She married Robert Hucker bef 1699:. He died ca Apr 1711: Prince George's Co, MD. In his will dated 6 Dec 1704, John Rablin of Prince George's Co, indicated that his children should be taken care of by John Deakins and Robert Hooker if his children should have trouble with their step-father if his widow should remarry. Both Robert Hucker and John Deakins witnessed the will. [Md Calendar of Wills vol. 3, p. 80]
25 Nov 1704 an account of the estate of Richard Taylor was entered showing Robert Hucker as administrator/executor. [Prerog Ct 25.386 abstract]
Robert Hucker of Prince George's Co, made his will 20 Apr 1711. He devised land to his sons Samuel and Robert that was part of dower of his deceased wife Amy, daughter of William Selby. A note to the will gave the birth dates of all four children. The will was probated on 5 May 1711. The witnesses to the will were Richard Keene, Sarah Wells, Aaron Lomis and Alis Larkin. The inventory of his estate was made 25 May 1711. [Prerog Ct 32B.186 abstract]
An account of the estate was filed 29 May 1712, showing Thomas Brooke Jr as executor. [Prerog Ct 33B.181 abstract]
17 July 1712, another account of the estate of Robert Hucker was entered. The executor was Thomas Brooke. [Prerog Ct 33B.27 abstract] Perhaps she died in or as a result of childbirth in 1708.
Amee Selby and Robert Hucker had the following children:
